Delivery
Processing time
Product orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Product orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day. Standard delivery is three to five business days. Delivery or shipping times may be affected by seasonal volume.
Shipping options
Product orders are shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post will deliver the packages themselves and the tracking information will reflect this. Canada Post can deliver to a PO Box. If your delivery address is a PO Box.
Shipping rates
The rates charged for shipping your order are based on the total weight of your product order. Before the last checkout page, you will see the shipping and handling charges.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. While we are not responsible for the increases, we do everything possible to minimize the effects on our customers.
Order tracking
Once the tracking number has been provided by the carrier, the tracking number will be emailed to you.
Cancel an order
Automatic orders must be canceled by Friday 3:00 PM EST. Once an order is processed by our fulfillment center, we cannot stop, intercept or redirect the package. Please see the return policy to return an order for a refund.
Temporary out of stock
Items temporarily out of stock are usually listed on the Products page. If any component in your order is out of stock, we will do our best to split the order and ship the available components.
However, if the expected return date for in-stock items is less than one week, the order may be slightly delayed until it can be shipped in its entirety. If the expected return date for in-stock items is more than one week, you will receive an email notification.

30-Days Returnd Goods Policy
Produits-Sante-Naturels.com offers its customers a 100% money-back guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a customer is not satisfied with a USANA product, for any reason, they may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, for a replacement, exchange, or full refund. customer is responsible for the shipment of his package.
Return and refund procedure
To request a refund or to return a product, please contact the Produits-Sante-Naturels.com customer service by dialing 1-855-855-9755. Following your discussion with an agent, you will obtain your return merchandise authorization. The delivery costs for the return are at the customer's expense.
